General Policy: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind". Because we provide high-resolution photos of the exact item you will receive, we assume you have inspected the condition prior to purchase.

Authorized Refunds You are eligible for a refund or exchange only if:

  1. Shipping Damage: The item’s protective case (slab) or the item itself was damaged during transit.

  2. Incorrect Item: We shipped an item that does not match the certification number or product description in your order.

  3. Non-Delivery: Per FTC rules, if we cannot ship your order within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to Request a Return

  • Email orders@quacklot.store within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the shipping box and the item.

  • Approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging via a tracked, insured carrier.
