Welcome to QUACKLOT! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of QUACKLOT's Website, located at https://quacklot.store. 1. All Sales Final (No Returns Policy)

QUACKLOT does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market (including but not limited to trading cards, comic books, toys, and coins), all sales are final once an order is placed.

Sealed Product: Any item sold in "sealed," "blind," or "factory-wrapped" packaging is ineligible for return. This ensures the integrity of our inventory against tampering or "pack-searching."
Condition & Grading: We provide high-resolution photos of all items. Any "grades" mentioned for non-certified (raw) items are subjective estimates. By purchasing, you agree that the item's condition meets your requirements based on the visual evidence provided.

2. Market Volatility Disclaimer

Collectibles are subject to rapid market fluctuations. The price at the time of checkout is final. QUACKLOT does not offer price-matching, refunds, or "price protection" if the market value of an item decreases after your purchase.

3. Independent Reseller & Sourcing

QUACKLOT is an independent retail store. We source our inventory from various authorized retail channels and secondary markets. QUACKLOT is not an official distributor for, nor is it affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other trademark holder whose products we resell. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items purchased from QUACKLOT are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). QUACKLOT is not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost/stolen after a "Delivered" status is confirmed by the carrier.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

9. Geographic Limitation & Domestic Sales

QUACKLOT LLC operates exclusively within the United States. We only accept orders from and ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (if applicable), U.S. Territories, or international addresses. Any orders placed with an international shipping or billing address will be cancelled and refunded, minus any non-refundable processing fees incurred.
